NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to stop all remaining matches of IPL in view of the spot-fixing scandal.
The SC said entire IPL can't be banned just because of certain irregularities on the part of a few players.
The apex court directed the one-man inquiry committee appointed by BCCI to submit its report within 15 days on the spot-fixing scandal.
The SC asked the BCCI to take action against accused cricketers.
"The problem is lackadaisical approach of the BCCI and it must stop," the SC said.
There has to be scientific, rational, dispassionate approach on part of BCCI to solve the problem, the SC said.
