New Delhi: Former Indian cricket captain Sunil Gavaskar met Prime Minister Narendra Modi here Saturday.
Considered to be one of the greatest batsmen to have ever played the game, Gavaskar was a part of Modi's delegation during his trip to Australia last month.
The Prime Minister has been meeting some eminent athletes, including cricketers.
Rajya Sabha member and celebrated batsman Sachin Tendulkar, spin legend Anil Kumble, batsman Rohit Sharma and veteran pacer Zaheer Khan are among those who have called on Modi.
