MUMBAI: Batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar's son Arjun will make his debut in the Mumbai Cricket Association's (MCA) restructured Kanga League starting Sunday. According to a national newspaper, 13-year-old Arjun "will be playing his first Kanga League where he will be competing with several under-17 and under-19 boys".
Having played most of his cricket at the age-group level, Arjun will represent Young Parsee Cricket Club in Division G of the Kanga League.
A left-handed top-order batsman, who also bowls left-handed, Arjun hit the first ton of his career during the selection trials in May 2012, following which he made it to the Under-14 probables' list for the MCA training camp.
