Pakistan made one change from the side that levelled the five-match series with a six-wicket win on Friday.
Wahab Riaz replaced fellow fast bowler Umar Gul who was unwell.
Mohammad Irfan, the man of the match in Centurion, was passed fit after suffering a hamstring strain during the match.
Conditions looked good for batting in the day game.
