Sunil Narine Withdrawn From India Tour by West Indies Cricket Board: Reports

West Indies 'mystery' spinner Sunil Narine has been pulled out of the upcoming tour of India, starting on October 8, after he was reported for an illegal action during the ongoing Champions League Twenty20 which has suspended him from bowling in the final vs the Chennai Super Kings on Saturday.

According to an ESPNCricinfo report, the West Indies board have decided to keep the off-spinner out of the entire tour of India, which includes five ODIs, one-off T20I and three Tests. The board will focus on helping him reassess his bowling action and get back on track before the World Cup 2015.

Sunil Narine, who has 73 wickets in 52 ODIs and 21 wickets in six Tests, will be a big miss for West Indies on spin-friendly conditions in India.
