India and West Indies have each won the World T20 once. Sri Lanka and South Africa are yet to take home the title.
Unbeaten Team India will play South Africa in the second semi-final of the ICC World T20 on Friday. India had finished on top of Group two while South Africa finished as the second team in Group one.
On Monday night, Sri Lanka New Zealand by 59 runs in a low-scoring thriller to top Group one. The Lankans won the Asia Cup earlier in in March by beating Pakistan. They will face West Indies on Thursday. (Read)
On Tuesday, an upbeat West Indies defeated Pakistan by 84 runs to enter the semi-finals. This is the first time Pakistan have not made it to the semis of the World T20. (Read)
