Hosts South Africa have made three changes for the game as Henry Davids, Wayne Parnell and Imran Tahir are included in place of Jacques Kallis, Dale Steyn and Morne Morkel.
For India, Yuvraj Singh replaced Ajinkya Rahane in the playing eleven.
Having conceded the series with humiliating back-to-back defeats, India aim to salvage some pride by winning the third one-dayer, in order to gain confidence ahead of the two-Test series.
