Sachin: Most photographed player ever

Sachin Tendulkar, who is playing his last international match at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium currently, is perhaps the most photographed Indian player ever.

Millions of his pictures that capture every shot he has played in his illustrious 24-year international career or him holidaying with his family or attending charity functions or playing with his son or doing almost anything that a human being can do in his life, can be found all over.

However, when it comes to pictures from his pre-cricketing days, there are very few, almost none. In fact, one of the few, and most adorable one is of him in his drawers, holding a bat with curly hair adorning his smiling, chubby face.

So, just as he bids goodbye to international cricket, we bring to you through our sister publication Maharashtra Times some gems - pictures of Sachin in pre-toddler days. These never seen before pictures were shared with us by the photographer Sudhakar Phadke.
