Marchant de Lange struck again to get rid of Bravo, after the left-hand bat smashed four sixes and five fours in his quick-fire 44-ball knock.
Bravo continued the Trinidad run charge after Lewis's departure as he raced to his fifty in just 37 balls, which included three maximums and five hits to the fence.
Roelof van der Merwe gave Titans an important breakthrough when he dismissed dangerous Lewis to halt the Trinidad's run charge. Lewis's wicket reduced Trinidad to 113/2 in 12.2 overs.
Lewis smashed five sixes and seven boundaries in his 35-ball blitzkrieg and helped Trinidad raced to 100 runs in 10.2 overs.
After losing Lendl Simmons (0) early in the second over, Lewis slammed 21-ball fifty to lead the Trinidad and Tobago innings.
Titans pacer Marchant de Lange struck in his very first over to dismiss Simmons and reduced Trinidad to 4/1 in 1.4 overs.
Earlier, Titans skipper Henry Davids won the toss and decided to field against Trinidad.
Both teams are unchanged from their previous ties.
Titans are placed second on the points table with two wins from three matches (eight points) while T&T are stuck in mid-table traffic after suffering an unlikely defeat at the hands of Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Another win for Titans will ensure their safe passage to the semifinals with a game to play against 2013 IPL finalists Chennai Super Kings in Delhi on October 2. A T&T victory, on the other hand, will open up the group.
