Ingram made 63-ball-73 while AB de Villers, Faf du Plesis and David Miller chipped in with 37, 35 and 38 respectively.
Asked to bat, Hashim Amla and Ingram gave South Africa a brisk start after rain curtailed the crucial match to 31 overs per side.
Marlon Samuels gave South Africa first blow by scalping opener Hashim Amla (23) after 80-run first wicket stand.
Samuels got Amla caught by Chris Gayle at extra cover. Ingram reached his half-ton just after Amla returned back to pavilion.
Ingram's fifty came off 46 balls.
The southpaw guided Proteas cross 100 before being dismissed by Kieron Pollard in the 18th over. Kieron Pollard got Ingram caught by Bravo after his brilliant knock, studded with two sixes and four boundaries.
His dismissal was soon followed by the wicket of JP Duminy in the next over that reduced South Africa to 128/3.
Ravi Rampaul then dismissed AB de Villiers (37) to give South Africa fourth blow after the Proteas crossed 150-mark.
Miller and Plessis then powered the side to a big total.
