IPL 6: Quick wickets hurt Bangalore

HYDERABAD: Royal Challengers Bangalore top order failed to put up a fight as the visitors were three down for 42 in seven overs after they elected to bat against Hyderabad in their IPL clash on Sunday.

Karun Nair (9) was the third man to fall after getting trapped leg before by leg-spinner Amit Mishra.

Earlier, off spinner spinner Hanuma Vihari spoiled Bangalore's start by sending back danger man Chris Gayle in the second over.

Gayle didn't live up to the expectation and got caught behind after scoring just one run.

Pacer Ishant Sharma capitalised on the early breakthrough provided by Hanuma Vihari and bowled out Tillakaratne Dilshan (5) to reduce Bangalore to 22/2 in four overs.
