Liverpool, Mar 16: Everton host champions Manchester City after a humiliating 3-0 loss to Wigan in the FA Cup last time out.
The Toffees have fallen down the table after a great start to the season. Everton have slipped below rivals Liverpool in the table for the first time this campaign.
However, Roberto Mancini has not had good visits to Goodison in recent years. City have not won in three league visits but the reigning champions will not take things lightly after their shock defeat to Southampton.
City have been training hard since that loss and have won the last four games in all competitions without conceding a single goal and have kept a league-high 13 clean sheets.
Team News
Everton will miss goalkeeper Tim Howard due to a back problem with Jan Mucha replacing the American. John Heitinga is likely to replace Phil Jagielka in central defence.
Manchester City will be without captain Vincent Kompany who is struggling with a calf injury and is sidelined for his eighth successive game. Sergio Aguero will miss the clash due to a knee injury with Edin Dzeko likely to start.
