In the 11th match of the ICC World Cup 2011 playing against England, India made its 4rth highest score in the World Cup. Today on 27 Feb, 2011 at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore, India made total of 338 runs in 49.5 overs against England which is also its fourth top highest score in the WC.
After winning the toss India elect to bat first. Virender Sehwag and Sachin Tendulakar came as an opening batsman. Sehwag hits 35 runs from 26 balls with 6 Fours and was dismissed when he got caught by Prior. Bresnan took his wicket. Overall the England bowler Bresnan took 5 wickets in the inning. Today sachin was on fire as in the last match Sehwag was again playing with Bangladesh. India defeated the Bangladesh in the opening match of the World Cup 2011 by 87 runs in which Sehwag scored 175 runs from 139 balls and Virat Kohli was unbeaten at 100 runs. This was also his 1st debut century for World Cup.
