Pakistan lead the five-match series 1-0 after winning a high-scoring thriller at Sharjah by 11 runs on Wednesday.
Pakistan scored 322/5 and Sri Lanka fought back through Seekkuge Prasanna's and Sachithra Senanayake's eighth-wicket stand of 87 before they were bowled out for 311.
